Who We Are

Angie and Misty are current managers in Assisted Living and Memory Care, just like you! Every day we are trying to solve similar problems that you may also be experiencing.

We are a grassroots mentoring team committed to improving the work experience of assisted living and memory care managers. We believe that focused support in problem-solving and role success will contribute to a reduction in burnout and turnover rates. This will only benefit the elderly we all serve.

Angie and Misty bring over twenty-five years each of extensive experience in senior care, particularly in assisted living and memory care settings.

​

• Angie, who holds qualifications as LALD, SHRM-CP, CAEd, CDP, and CFPM, currently leads as a Director of Operations.

• Misty is a Resource Nurse utilizing her background as an RN and an LALD to support clinical operations.

 

We are committed to filling a crucial need in the industry. Our goal at Elevate Assisted Living is to empower you as you navigate these demanding roles. We have a strong desire to contribute to the growth and success of senior care communities.
