We are a mentoring and coaching team committed to improving the work experience of Assisted Living and Memory Care managers. We believe that focused support in problem-solving and role success will contribute to a reduction in burnout and manager turnover rates. Keeping our senior care leadership in place longer can only benefit the elderly we all serve.
Angie and Misty bring over twenty-five years each of extensive experience in senior care, particularly in Assisted Living and Memory Care settings.
Angie, LALD, SHRM-CP, CAEd, CDP, CFPM
As Director of Operations, Angie doesn't just manage from a bird’s-eye view; she’s in the building every day, working side by side with her team to solve the "unsolvable." Whether she’s coaching a new staff member, adjusting policies to ensure they don't just meet regulations on paper but actually work in the real world of senior care, utilizing her Certified Dementia Practitioner skills to find non-pharmacological interventions for a resident struggling, or even jumping into IT troubleshooting, Angie wears every hat in the building. She understands that leadership in senior care is as much about solving a tech glitch as it is about building an atmosphere of excellence.
Misty, RN, LALD
Misty bridges the gap between clinical excellence and operational success in the role as Resource Nurse. As a Registered Nurse and Licensed Assisted Living Director, she oversees nursing department with a unique perspective: she understands the "why" behind the regulations and the "how" of the daily floor. Misty provides the mentorship and clinical guidance needed to navigate those high-pressure situations, ensuring her team feels supported, educated, and ready for anything.
